Derin schooled at Suffolk University, Boston, Massachusetts USA where she graduated with BSc in Finance degree in 1988, She worked at Beacon Bank in Boston, USA for 2 years. Between 1991, Derin went back to United Kingdom to obtain an MBA from the Huron University, South Kensington, London, United Kingdom.Derin is also an alumni of Lagos Business School.
Derin is an avid, consummate manager and entrepreneur par excellence. Founded The Peach Company Limited in 1999, a wholly indigenous furniture and interior decoration production and marketing company. TPC was one of the foremost leading furniture company till 2013 as it reached $5.5m annual turnover. In 2014 she decided to take a break, and slow down to attend to family for a couple of years.
She has since 2016 put some steam in the business as Peach Manufacturing Company was created to concentrate on local production of furniture. Derin is a director in the various companies namely, Foxhill Limited, Peach Energy Ltd, Peach Oil and Gas Ltd, Bathrooms and Beyond Limited and host of other companies.Derin has attended various training and capacity development program in different parts of the world.

Presently the Chief Executive Officer of MG Business Solutions Limited, Ghana. He holds a DBA from Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva Switzerland, MBA from the University of Applied Science, Ghana.
The founder and the Director of M-Gibes College of Business and Management. The former country Director for Integrated corporate services Ghana.
Michael has taken MGBS Ghana outside the borders of Africa where he was honored with the most recognized qualification in outsourcing as a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) Master Class from IAOP, Netherland.
He has over 20 years experience in Banking, Telecommunications, Ecommerce, HRM and Business Marketing.
ENOCH SEBASTIAN OWUSU
Enoch Sebastian Owusu is a Ghanaian Lawyer who has also been a member of the Nigerian Bar Association since 2017. He is currently an associate at Minkah Premo & Co. Sebastian holds an LL.B. from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education [PDGE] at the Catholic University College of Education.
Sebastian has over the years taken a plethora of courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution [ADR] both in Ghana and Nigeria. He has been awarded certificates in mediation by the Marian Conflict Resolution Centre and also holds a certificate in mediation and arbitration from the Lagos Multi-Door Court, Lagos- Nigeria and the International Centre for Arbitration & Mediation [ICAMA], Abuja respectively.
Sebastian during his stay in Nigeria interned at Templars, one of the leading firms in Nigeria. Sebastian in his spare time spends likes to spend time at the gym to keep fit, loves swimming and takes interest in writing articles on interesting legal topics.
MS. ANDORA GRANT-ODONKOR
Andora is an Associate member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners Ghana. She was formerly the Human Resource manager of Integrated Corporate Services Limited, Ghana.
Currently the Principal of M-Gibes College of Business and Management UK, Nigeria and Ghana, also serve as the General manager for MG business Solution limited as well as the Board Secretary for MG Business Solutions Limited and M-Gibes College of Business and management.
Andora holds BSc from the University of Ghana, and has vast knowledge in Business marketing & School Administration, Recruitment and Industrial Relations.
